Seller Ships the Phone with Tracking

You Receive the Phone
Once the phone arrives at your address, you'll receive a notification. Don't open the package in front of the courier โ take it inside first.

48-Hour Inspection Window

Who Pays the Protection Fee?
The 2.5% protection fee is paid by the buyer at checkout and is added on top of the phone price. This fee covers Buyer Protection service, dispute mediation, and refund guarantees. Sellers don't pay anything to receive protected payments.

Seller Never Ships
The seller takes the order but doesn't ship within 48 hours.
Your payment is automatically refunded. The seller's account is suspended pending review. You can leave a negative review.
Phone Doesn't Match Listing
You receive a phone with worse condition, lower battery, or different specs than advertised.
Report the issue with photos. Mehfoz reviews evidence and issues a full refund. Return shipping is paid by seller.
Phone Arrives Damaged
The package was damaged during shipping and the phone has new defects.
Document the damage with photos and videos. File a claim within 24 hours. Mehfoz handles the courier dispute and refunds you.
Phone is Stolen or Blacklisted
The IMEI is blacklisted, the phone is reported stolen, or it has any legal issue.
Immediate full refund. The seller is permanently banned. The matter is reported to authorities if necessary.
Phone Arrives Late
The phone takes much longer than expected to arrive.
If delivery exceeds 7 days from order, you can request a full refund. Mehfoz also assists in tracking the package.
